Returns::

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please include proof of purchase and a contact phone number with all returned items. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Back Orders::

We make every effort to maintain a full line of products in stock, however, due to the unpredictable nature of the internet and manufacturing, we will occasionally be out of stock on an item. We will contact you in the event of any backorders, and you will be given the following options:

• hold the entire order until the backordered item is available
• process the order with those items are in stock and reoder the backordered item at another time.
